MAXD is an AI-powered gym and fitness app that helps you build your best physique. Using advanced AI analysis, MAXD provides body composition assessments, meal tracking with calorie and macro breakdowns, personalized workout plans, an exercise library with video tutorials, and daily checklists to help you reach your goals.

How do AI scans work?

MAXD uses AI to analyze photos you take within the app. Body scans assess your physique composition and muscle development. Meal scans estimate calories, macronutrients, and provide nutritional feedback. All analysis is performed securely and your photos are processed privately.

How accurate are the AI ratings?

Our AI provides consistent, objective assessments based on widely recognized standards. For best results with body scans, wear form-fitting clothing and stand in a well-lit area. For meal scans, capture the entire plate clearly. Ratings are meant as a tracking tool to measure your progress over time.

What does MAXD Premium include?

MAXD Premium unlocks unlimited AI scans (body and meal), personalized workout plans tailored to your fitness level and goals, detailed analytics and progress tracking, exercise tutorials with video guides, and priority support. Premium is available as a weekly subscription ($4.99/week) or monthly subscription ($9.99/month), both with a 3-day free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel: Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find MAXD in the list, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the MAXD subscription charge, and submit a refund request. Apple will review and process your request according to their refund policy.

How do streaks and daily tasks work?

MAXD gives you a personalized daily checklist of tasks including workouts, scans, and nutrition goals. Completing all your tasks for the day counts as a perfect day and builds your streak. Maintaining a streak unlocks achievements and helps you stay consistent on your fitness journey. Your streak resets if you miss a day.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Photos submitted for AI analysis are processed securely and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your personal data is stored securely and you can request deletion at any time. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try these steps: Make sure you have the latest version of MAXD installed from the App Store. Force-close the app and reopen it. Restart your device. If the issue persists, please email us at maxdx5am@gmail.com with a description of the problem, your device model, and iOS version.

Why does MAXD need camera access?

MAXD uses your camera to take photos for AI analysis of your body and meals. Camera access is required to use the scanning features. You can grant or revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings. Photos are only taken when you explicitly tap the capture button.

Request Data Deletion

Your Data, Your Choice

You have the right to request deletion of all your personal data from MAXD. This includes your profile information, scan history, photos, fitness data, and all associated records. To request data deletion, send an email to maxdx5am@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your username or device information so we can locate your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been permanently deleted.
